ramesh THORAT
born in Pune, Maharashtra. Ramesh studied diploma in painting and has been working as a freelance artist for the last twenty years at his own-established studio in Pune. He has exhibited his work in 08 solo shows and 29 group shows and has also participated in various National level workshops and art camps. He has received many awards such as Camlin Foundation Mumbai, Mood Indigo Mumbai, Chitari Academy- State Award, and Bombay Art Society Award 2008, Pune Festival- State Award 2010. He has worked as an Assistant Art Director in Set Makers Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai, for three years. He is a sold painter and his works are in the collections of many private collectors in India and abroad.
